Cancelations or no shows within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the estimated service cost. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge the no show fee, or amend the service for what time allows. Rescheduling a single appointment online more than twice will result in being banned from booking online. Please do not send me a message through Gloss Genius, there is an option to fully cancel online yourself. *Please note, I have regular business hours available to view on my website or Google Business Page. I respond to calls and messages during these regular business hours. Online booking is a great option for instant service. Attempting to reschedule or cancel by email, DM, or messaging through Gloss Genius may result in a cancellation fee. Sick Policy Please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household are currently having any cold or flu symptoms, have a known contagious illness and are still within the contagious period, or have tested positive for any contagious illness within 48 hours prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to ask symptomatic clients to leave or wear a mask at the time of service. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for sickness.
